Vigor2962: new Dual WAN security router supporting 200 VPN tunnels.

LEXIS SA, official distributor of DrayTek in Greece and Cyprus, announces the new Dual WAN 2.5G Security Router Vigor2962, specially designed to meet the needs of SMBs for multiple simultaneous VPNs!

The Vigor2962 features four fully managed LAN/WAN ports including 1 x 2.5GbE, 1 x SFP / GbE and 2 x GbE ports. In addition, router's interface features 2x GbE LAN ports and 2x USB ports (2.0 & 3.0). The managed WAN ports can be used either in Load Balancing mode, which is permanently active, or in Fail over mode, which is activated only in case the primary connection is lost.

Vigor2962 features a powerful VPN server and enables the user to create up to 200 VPN tunnels with up to 800 Mbps IPSec throughput with 50 VPNs being SSL encryption, ensuring seamless and stable remote connection to the corporate network, in cases of branch or teleworking. In addition, it can operate in High Availability and as a controller to manage up to 50 AccessPoints and 30 DrayTek Switches.
