Customer Support is essential to LEXIS, so to be more focused and effective, we maintain two separate technical departments in Athens, each dedicated to its field of expertise (Datacom and UPS). Our technical support staff are certified and highly experienced engineers, all graduates of higher educational institutes. With constant training programs in Greece and abroad, we make sure that they enrich their knowledge and remain educated and updated with today's technological developments.
For direct technical coverage in Northern Greece, LEXIS keeps a branch office in Thessaloniki, while for the rest of Greece we collaborate with authorized partners in all prefectures.
LEXIS is an official service center of EATON with certified engineers on UPS, as well as on the other products we provide to the Greek market. Technical control of damaged equipment is being done in our specially designed laboratories and the repaired equipment is accompanied with the a LEXIS Repair Warrantee.
