The Eaton 5PX G2 series consists of line interactive pure sinewave UPS systems, with power ratings from 1000VA to 3000VA, with unity power factor capability, featuring an LCD display (with 7 selectable languages) which simplifies configuration and provides clear visual diagnostics and energy consumption metering. Eaton 5PX Gen2 are Energy Star 2.0 certified and offer efficiency performance to reduce energy consumption and cooling costs. They provide an excellent solution for protecting sensitive network equipment and IT infrastructure such as active PFC (power factor corrected) servers, switches, routers, and storage devices.
These units incorporate IEC output sockets with 2 switched outlet groups (programmable IEC) to allow separation of non-critical loads, thereby extending UPS autonomy. Additionally, they include USB and RS-232 ports (one active at a time),1 mini-terminal block for Output relay, a slot for optional communication cards, as well as Remote On/Off (ROO) and Remote Power Off (RPO) capabilities.
Batteries are hot-swappable, and the UPS also support Eaton’s ABM® technology, which extends battery life and optimizes recharge time.
When combined with the Eaton Network-M3 card, which includes cybersecurity features, network administrators can manage remotely and securely the UPS through a web browser.
Eaton 5PX G2 UPS units are available in Rack/Tower form factors 2U or 3U and are backed by a 3-year warranty for electronic components (2 years for batteries).
The Eaton 5PX 2200I RT2U NETPACK G2 model features 8 x IEC C13 & 2 IEC C19 outlets, 1 x USB port, 1 x RS-232 port,1 x mini-terminal block for Output relay, a slot for communication/remote management cards, ROO and RPO capabilities. Eaton Network-M3 card is included.
