DrayTek and Kaspersky Lab Join Forces for Gateway Antivirus Appliance: the VigorPro 5500 UTM.

In order to provide the inline inspection without descending system performance, VigorPro 5500 implements unique Multi-Stack Stateful Inspection (MSSI) scanning technology together with hardware-accelerated scan engine. 

VigorPro 5500 performs Layer 7 packet inspection for matched patterns or protocol anomaly via its embedded signature-based Intrusion Detection and Prevention (IDP). This means it can block any attacks from viruses, worms, VoIP threats, Trojans, or any other malware hidden inside multiple packets.
